  • 500 g Boneless chicken cut into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 no Bell pepper cut into strips
  • 2 nos Onions cut thinly
  • 2 tbsp Spring onions chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Oil


  • Marinate chicken in the soya sauce, chilly powder, pepper powder and salt for 30 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry the chicken pieces till cooked. Keep aside.
  • In another pan heat 1 tbsp of oil and add the chopped ginger and garlic and the sliced onions.
  • SautT the onions till they are translucent, add the bell-pepper sliced and spring onions and stir fry.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces and stir fry. Serve with wedges of lime.
  • Chicken stir fry recipe is ready.
