Chow Chow Bhath is a name given to a dish, which is of Karnataka cuisine. Chow Chow Bhath is a two in one dish, sweet and spicy, namely, Kesari Bath (Halwa) and Khara Bhath (Upma), where the main ingredient preparing these two dishes is semolina.

- Vermicelli( semiya) - 2 cup
- For upma -
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Green chili - 2 chopped
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Coriander(little) -
- Salt(as taste) -
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Water : 2 cup -
- mustard and channa dal - 1 tsp
- For kesari -
- Milk - 1 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Food Color - 1 pinch
- Sugar(¾ cup) -
- Cardamom powder - ¼ tsp
- Ghee - 4 tbsp
- Cashew and raisins(little) -

Instructions
- In pan heat ghee for upma and temper mustard, channa dal
- Now add onion and green chili and add curry leaves and coriander
- Now add salt and water and bring to boil and add vermicelli and cook till water drain and keep aside
- Now its kesari. Heat ghee in non stick pan
- Roast cashew and raisin
- Now add vermicelli and fry it
- Now add food color and cardamom powder mix wel
- Now add sugar mix well and stir well
- Now serve both in plate Chow Chow bath is ready
