Ingredients
- all three color of capsicum - 1 cup
- Rice - 1 cup
- Onions - 2
- Tomato - 3
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tblsp
- Green chili - 2
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup
- Mint - 1 cup
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Salt as taste -
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Bay leaf - 2
- Funnel seed - 1/2 tsp
- Cloves and cinnamon - 2
- Cardamom - 1
- Ghee - 2 tblsp
- Oil - 2 tsp

Instructions
- Chop all vegetables
- Now add grind paste and saute well till oil comes out
- Now add tomato and all powder and saute well
- Now add capsicum and cook for 5 mins till gravy cook
- Now add curd and cook for few mins and required water
- When water boils and rice and cook for 5 mins in high flame
- Then close lid cook for 10 mins in low flame and turn off and fluff rice with fork or knife
- Serve hot Capsicum Biriyani is ready
