Ingredients
- Oats. 1 cup or more -
- Chicken breast. 2 pieces -
- green chilly 5 -
- Spring onion : 1 bunch -
- Cornflour 1 cup -
- Egg: 1 -
- red chilly powder 2 tsp -
- Cumin seeds : 1 tsp -
- Pepper powder : 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -

- mix it well then add sliced spring onion and green chilly and ginger
- stir well
- add chilly powder and cumin seeds
- meanwhile cook chicken using salt and pepper powder
- we need only half cooked chicken (it should be sliced in rectangular or finger shaped)
- then drain off water.
- then pour this chicken to the cornflour mix .and mix it well
- then take oats and cover the cornflour mixed chicken with oats.
- heat a pan with oil and add the chicken to it
- when both sides becomes brawn and crispy
- take it out and wipe off excess oil.
- our crispy finger chicken is ready.
