- All purpose flour : 1 cup -
- coconut half -
- cashew nut 10 -
- raisins 10 -
- turmeric powder half tsp -
- Cardamom powder :1 tsp -
- sugar 1 tablespoon or more -
- Ghee : as needed -

Instructions
- Heat a pan add ghee to it and when it melts
- Add cashew nut
- When its roasted well add raisins and stir it.
- Mix it well and stir until it becomes little brown
- Then add sugar to it .
- Stir well until the sugar gets melted.
- Mix it well
- Add the all purpose flour
- Add turmeric powder
- Mix it well
- Add water and make it like dosa batter
- Then grind it using a blender
- Then take another bowl and filter the batter using a sieve.
- Heat a pan and add ghee to it
- Add one scoop of batter to the pan and spread it like dosa
- Let it cook
- Take it out from the pan and keep in a plate. Repeat the same with the remaining batter.
- Then take one appam and add the coconut mix to it
- Then fold it slowly
- And roll it as like meat roll
- Serve it ,our elaanchi is ready
