  • Heat a pan add ghee to it and when it melts
  • Add cashew nut
  • When its roasted well add raisins and stir it.
  • When the raisins also roasted well, add coconut
  • Mix it well and stir until it becomes little brown
  • Then add sugar to it .
  • Stir well until the sugar gets melted.
  • Take a bowl and add egg ,cardamom powder,4 tsp of sugar or more (as per your taste)
  • Mix it well
  • Mix it well
  • Add water and make it like dosa batter
  • Then grind it using a blender
  • Then take another bowl and filter the batter using a sieve.
  • Heat a pan and add ghee to it
  • Add one scoop of batter to the pan and spread it like dosa
  • Let it cook
  • Take it out from the pan and keep in a plate. Repeat the same with the remaining batter.
  • Then take one appam and add the coconut mix to it
  • Then fold it slowly
  • And roll it as like meat roll
  • Serve it ,our elaanchi is ready
