  1. Heat a pan add ghee to it and when it melts

  2. Add cashew nut

  3. When its roasted well add raisins and stir it.

  4. When the raisins also roasted well, add coconut

  5. Mix it well and stir until it becomes little brown

  6. Then add sugar to it .

  7. Stir well until the sugar gets melted.

  8. Take a bowl and add egg ,cardamom powder,4 tsp of sugar or more (as per your taste)

  9. Mix it well

  11. Add water and make it like dosa batter

  12. Then grind it using a blender

  13. Then take another bowl and filter the batter using a sieve.

  14. Heat a pan and add ghee to it

  15. Add one scoop of batter to the pan and spread it like dosa

  16. Let it cook

  17. Take it out from the pan and keep in a plate. Repeat the same with the remaining batter.

  18. Then take one appam and add the coconut mix to it

  19. Then fold it slowly

  20. And roll it as like meat roll
