  • 1 litre Milk
  • 100 g Paneer cut into in square piece
  • 1 no Cardamom Elakka
  • 4 nos Dates chopped
  • 4 drops Rose essence
  • 1 tsp Pista powdered
  • Saffron As reqd
  • 10 nos Badam soak in water and chop finely
  • Sugar As reqd


  • For preparing paneer payasam, first boil milk. Add paneer cubes, dates, badam and saffron to it and cook it in low flame for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
  • Refrigerate it for some time.
  • Add sugar and essence according to your taste.
  • Decorate it with powdered pista before serving.
  • Healthy paneer payasam is ready.
