- curry leaves 1 sprig -
- dried red chilly powder. 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Mustard : 2 tsp -
- Oil as needed -

Instructions
- Heat a pan pour oil and add mustard when its hot
- When mustard splutters add shallot and curry leaves
- Add chilly powder
- Saute it well then add kumbalanga and salt
- Stir well and close the pan
- Make the flame low and wait until it gets cooked
- Our dish is ready
