- Rice - 1 cup
- Lemon - 2
- Dry chili - 3
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves(little) -
- Salt(as taste) -
- Oil - 3 tblsp
- Channa dal - 1 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Soak rice for 2hours and grind well and keep aside
- In a pan add 1 tblsp oil and add batter and make semi cooked rice batter and turn off
- Now make idiyappam in that mixture and steam for 10 mins
- Now in a pan add oil and temper mustard and channa dal
- Now allow idiyappam to cool
- Now add lemon mixture to that idiyappam and mix well
- Now its ready to serve Lemon Idiyappam
