Instructions
- For preparing malabar eathapazham madhuracurry, remove the outer skin of the bananas and slice into thick rounds of 1/4 inch thickness.
- Soak the split Bengal gram in sufficient water and cook until done.
- Lower the flame and add cooked bengal gram and cardamom powder. Add required salt and stir.
- Pour this into the madhuracurry and mix.
- Malabar eathapazham madhuracurry is ready and serve hot.
