Mushroom Hakka Noodles is really a treat for mushroom lovers. Loaded with iron and fibre and low in carbohydrates, this hearty and healthy dish makes a full meal, if the mushrooms are tossed with ½ cup of boiled whole wheat noodles.

  • Boil water and add salt and oil 1 tsp and turn off and add hakka noodles and close lid and wait for 10 mins and drain out
  • In pan add oil and Ginger garlic and sauté well
  • Now add onion, and other vegetable sauté well
  • Now add mushroom add sugar then sauté well
  • Now add salt and pepper and mix well
  • Now add both sauce and mix well
  • Now add Cooked noodles and mix gradually.
  • Mushroom Hakka Noodles is ready to serve.
