- Oil - 1 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Curry leaf - 5
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Tomatoes - 4
- Onion - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 5
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- green chilli - 4

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai, add mustards. when it splutter, add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- Add onions ,green chillies and ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder, stir for 1 minutes.
- Add tomatoes to this and sauté for 5 minutes.
