- Combine besan,chilli powder.turmeric powder,asafoetida,ginger garlic paste add4 tsp water mix all well.
- Make into a thick batter.
- Dip this paneer pieces in this batter.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry this dipped paneer cubes till golden brown.
