- Onion - 1
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Green chilly - 4
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Paneer - 1 cup
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 5
- Basmati rice - 1 cup
- Mint leaves - 4

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds when it become golden brown then add onions saute for 2 minutes
- Add washed basmati rice to this and saute for a minute.
- Add mint leaves to this and saute for a minute.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry paneer pieces.
- Now paneer pulav is ready.
