Schezwan Chicken Easy Hot Spicy Chicken Curry For the marinate:400 gm Chicken piecesGinger (garlic juice - 1 tsp)2 tbsp Corn flour1 tbsp Soya sauce1 no Egg1 tsp Pepper powderSalt (As reqd)1 tsp Gingelly oilFor the curry:-1/4 cup Onion (chopped)Ginger (chopped) - 2 tbs)1/4 cup Spring onion (chopped)10 nos Red chilly (cut into halves)1 tbsp Soya sauce1 tsp Pepper powder1 tsp Vinegar1 tsp Sugar1 cup Chicken stock1 tbsp Liquid corn flour1 tbsp Chilly oilSalt (As reqd) Marinate the chicken pieces with the above ingredients for marination for about 30 mins.Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the chicken pieces(should not be over cooked) and keep aside.Heat oil in a skillet and saute chopped onions, ginger, garlic, spring onion and red chillies.Add the fried chicken pieces, soya sauce, pepper powder, vinegar, sugar, salt and chicken stock. Bring this to boil.Thicken the curry with liquid corn flour.Add the chilly oil.:- Serve hot with Pulav or Fried rice. Chinese
Tried this recipe recently, and found it to be the perfectly delicious and comparable to the Schezwan Chicken Curry we could have had in the best of the Chinese Restaurants in the city. Hats off.

tried this recipe and it turned out to be an excellent dish. my husband loved it.instead of using 10 red chillies i used 6 n it was pretty spicy.
