this is for child those who dont eat vegetable,this is good for health.

  • rice batter 1 cup
  • aloo 1
  • carrot 1
  • beans 5
  • beet root 1/2
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • pepper 1/2 tsp
  • oil 2 tsp


  • in pressure cooker add water carrot, beans, aloo and beetroot and allow for 2 whistle
  • once all the vegetables boiled grind the all vegetable
  • in a bowl add rice batter and vegetable paste and mix well
  • add pepper and salt and make like dosa batter
  • heat the tawa and pour the batter and make dosa
  • Cook both the sides
  • veg mix dosa is ready, serve with chutneys
