- Cooked basmathi rice - 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Capsicum - 1
- Paneer thawed - 1 cup
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cloves - 4
- Oil - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds and cloves. saute for a minute.
- Add capsicum and onions, saute for a minute.
- Add ginger garlic paste,chilli powder and salt saute for a minute.
- Add cooked rice to this and stir for a minute.
- Add thawed paneer to this and stir well.
- Now yummy paneer biriyani is ready.
