Aval Kesari is another variety of Kesari which is so mouth-watering. It is a very easy sweet recipe, which you can make on janmashtami/Krishna jayanthi or also some other special occasions.

  • In pan add 1 tsp ghee and roast aval and allow to cool
  • Grind aval coarsely like rava
  • Now add ghee in pan and roast cashew and raisins
  • Add boiling water 1:3 and add aval
  • When its absorb water add sugar and color
  • Cook till ghee comes out. now its ready to serve. Aval keasri
