Instructions
- Add Curd in the grind paste
- In bowl add chicken Grind paste and salt , lemon marinate for 1 hour
- Add chopped onions and green chili saute well
- Add mint leaves and cook well
- Now add marinate chicken and required salt
- Boil water 1: 2 and add in biriyani masala
- Now add rice and when it 3/4 cook add ghee and coriander leaves . close lid cook for 10 min in low flame
- Now its ready to serve Kovai Angannan Biriyani Ready
