Instructions
- In blender add leftover rice and curd and green chili and ginger
- Now add with rice rawa
- Ferment for 5-6 hours
- Now add carrot and curry leave and coriander
- Now temper oil with mustard urad and channa dal and pour in batter
- Now pour in idly plate and steam for 15 mins
- Now its ready to serve Leftover Rice idly
