Ingredients
- Wheat flour : 1 cup -
- onion 1 -
- tomato half -
- green chilly 5 -
- Ginger : 1 inch piece -
- turmeric powder half tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Cumin seeds : a pinch -
- Coconut 1 tablespoon -
- Salt to taste -
- Water :as needed -

Instructions
- Take wheat flour in a bowl
- Add turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder ,garam masala and salt, mix it well
- Add water to it and stir well. make little lighter than dosa batter.
- Add coriander leaves to it
- Stir well and add coconut to it
- Mix it well
- Heat a pan and add little oil to it , when its hot
- Add 1 scoop of batter to it
- Make the both sides cooked
- Our spicy wheat pancake is ready
- Serve hot
