Sweet And Spicy Banana Uppery

Heat a pan pour oil in it when its hot add mustard

take the vegetables and clean it well before slicing it

then when mustard splutters add onion and curry leaves to it.

add the vegetables and red chilly powder and green chilly.

pour little water if needed and stir well.

then close the pan for sometime to get it cooked.

our dish is ready.serve it with rice or chappathi
