Instructions
- Heat a pan pour oil in it when its hot add mustard
- take the vegetables and clean it well before slicing it
- then when mustard splutters add onion and curry leaves to it.
- add the vegetables and red chilly powder and green chilly.
- pour little water if needed and stir well.
- then close the pan for sometime to get it cooked.
- our dish is ready.serve it with rice or chappathi
