- Valaipoo - 1
- Onion - 1
- Green chili - 2
- Curry leaves(little) -
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Fennel seed - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp

Instructions
- Clean Valaipoo for reference see my another recipe valaipoo Aadai, or remove this two ( refer pic) and chop and soak in butter milk
- In a pan add oil and temper Fennel seed
- Now add Onion, green chilli, curry leaves and saute well
- In mean time boil valaipoo and put in that gravy
- Now yummy Valaipoo Kuzhambu is ready
