Ingredients

big prawns 1/4 kg
coconut pieces 1 cup
onion 1
green chilly 4
ginger 1 inch piece
tomato 1
chilly powder 1 or 2tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
salt to taste
coconut milk 1 cup

Instructions

slice coconut in to small pieces
heat a pan put oil and add coconut to it stir well
add green chilly, onion and ginger to it
add tomato and cocum
add prawns also
stir well
add turmeric powder and chilly powder and sauté it well,close the pan and allow it to get cooked.
add coconut milk
when it boils and mixed well
off the fame and stir well our dish is ready.
serve hot
