Instructions
- once all the vegetables boiled, grind it and make fine paste
- in bowl add vegetable paste, wheat flour, salt ,pepper, red chilli, and onion and mix well
- make a thick batter if needed add water
- heat the tawa and put the batter as adai
- boil both the side by adding oil in the medium flame
- vegetable adai is ready.
